AN ACT relating to driving history records.
     Amend KRS 186.018, regarding driving history records of operators, to eliminate the requirement that records of suspension pursuant to KRS 189A.010(6) not be maintained by the Transportation Cabinet after reinstatement and that the records of suspension be destroyed within 5 days of the license reinstatement.
