AN ACT relating to manufacturers and wholesalers of prescription drugs.
     Amend KRS 315.036 to require manufacturers and wholesalers of drugs to report any incident of misbranded or adulterated drugs that are intended for delivery within the state to the Board of Pharmacy, and require reporting to retailers.
