AN ACT relating to income tax.
     Create a new Section of KRS Chapter 141 and amend KRS 141.010 to provide a deduction in an amount equal to the value of medical services that are covered by the Medicaid program provided by the taxpayer to a Medicaid eligible recipient for which reimbursement is not sought or received from any source, including the patient, the Commonwealth, or private insurance.
