AN ACT relating to the Support Education Excellence in Kentucky Program.
     Amend KRS 157.390 to require the Kentucky Board of Education to promulgate an administrative regulation to provide a state adjustment for a local school district whose local tax effort in the formula is greater than the local revenue that can be generated by the district and for purposes of KRS 157.440(1).
