AN ACT relating to private clubs.
     Amend KRS 243.270 to allow the legislative body of a county containing a city of the first to fourth class or a city of the first to fourth class to enact an ordinance permitting the sale of distilled spirits and wine by the drink on Sunday from 1 p.m. until the designated closing hour of that locality.
