AN ACT relating to abortion.
     Amend KRS 311.725 to require fetal pain information to be provided to a woman seeking an abortion and by requiring an abortion provider to administer a fetal analgesic with the mother's consent; create a new section of KRS Chapter 311 to require the state to create a website on fetal pain during abortions; create a new section of KRS Chapter 311 to provide for civil liability where provisions of the bill are not met; create a new section of KRS Chapter 311 to provide for court anonymity of women seeking an abortion where the bill's civil or criminal provisions are utilized; create a new section of KRS Chapter 311 to provide for statistical reporting relating to the provision of fetal pain information and subsequent rates of abortion; create a new section of KRS Chapter 311 to provide for criminal liability where specific portions of the bill are violated; create a new section of KRS Chapter 311 to provide that the provisions of the bill are severable; and create a noncodified section naming the bill the "Fetal Pain Prevention Act."
