AN ACT relating to the journals of each house of the General Assembly.
     Amend KRS 57.310 to require the Legislative Research Commission to inquire, prior to printing, whether officers and libraries entitled to free copies of the House and Senate Journals want to receive the journals and in what format; prohibit distribution of free copies to those not responding affirmatively.
