AN ACT relating to insurance.
     Amend KRS 304.1-120 regarding entities exempted from the insurance code to allow religious publications to pay for subscribers' financial or medical needs through a separate fund maintained by the religious publication for the purpose of transferring funds among subscribers or their medical providers in addition to making payments directly from one subscriber to another.
