AN ACT relating to water faucets.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 318 to require water faucets installed in a public restroom after the effective date of this Act to be installed in a uniform manner; describe placement of hot and cold water faucets; specify that the same standards shall apply to new installations after the effective date of this Act in private residences unless the homeowner requests otherwise.(SAME AS 02 HB 803)
