AN ACT relating to citizens foster care review boards.
     Amend KRS 605.090 to require a signed order from the court in order to discharge a child committed to the Cabinet for Families and Children and require the signed order to be mailed to the Administrative Office of the Courts' Foster Care Review Board Program; amend KRS 620.310 to require elections for the state Citizen Foster Care Review Board every two years, rather than annually; amend KRS 164.2847 to conform.
