AN ACT relating to written complaints alleging violation of any provision of KRS Chapter 322.
     Amend KRS 322.190 to require that a written complaint alleging violation of any provision of KRS Chapter 322 by a person or organization be verified by affidavit prior to filing with the executive director of the board.
