AN ACT relating to detection of deception examiners.
     Amend KRS 329.030, relating to requirements for a detection of deception examiner license, to permit the Justice Cabinet to share fingerprint data with the Kentucky State Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation when doing a criminal history background check of the applicant.
