AN ACT relating to the state lottery.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 154A to establish a new lottery scratch-off game designated as the state parks benefit game; require proceeds from game to be used to advertise Kentucky tourism; amend KRS 154A.130 and 154A.020 to conform.
