AN ACT relating to income taxes.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 141 to create an income tax return checkoff for the Kentucky Office of Women's Physical and Mental Health; allow taxpayers to designate portions of their refund to the office; require amounts designated to be used for breast cancer research and awareness.
