AN ACT relating to corrections and declaring an emergency.
Amend KRS 197.505, relating to private prisons, to delete the prohibition on inmates ineligible for work release being placed in a private prison; require that an inmate in a private prison meet the classification requirements set by the Department of Corrections for that prison's security level; delete the requirement that a private prison holding restricted custody inmates have a perimeter fence.
