AN ACT relating to disability retirement under the Kentucky Teachers' Retirement System.
     Amend KRS 161.661 to provide that a member retired by reason of disability shall undergo an annual medical examination, except that the examinations may be less frequent upon recommendation of a medical review committee, but not less than once every five years.
