AN ACT relating to railroad fences.
     Amend KRS 256.110, regarding the construction of fences separating railroad property, to allow a land owner to request that the railroad company furnish either the labor or materials for the fence, with the land owner supplying part of construction; require railroad companies to supply materials within 4 months of receiving notice from the landowner or build the fence within 4 months of receiving materials, whichever is applicable; Amend KRS 256.999 to establish penalties against railroad companies for non compliance at $100 per day; amend KRS 256.160 to conform.
