AN ACT relating to fire district boards of trustees.
Amend KRS 75.031 to remove the requirement that no more than one of the two elected firefighters on the board of trustees of a fire district be an employee of the fire district.
HB 50 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Provide that no more than one of the two firefighter trustees of a fire district board be a paid firefighter unless no volunteer firefighter seeks or accepts a board of trustees position.
