AN ACT relating to motorboat manufacturers and dealers.
     Amend KRS 235.220 to establish, in regulations, criteria to determine authorized motorboat dealers and manufactures and a procedure to grant them reciprocity with other states for presentations at boat shows and other temporary exhibitions without having to pay the host state's registration fee; designate the Kentucky Department for Fish and Wildlife Resources as the state's boat licensing entity rather than the Kentucky Tourism Cabinet.
