AN ACT relating to charter county governments.
     Amend KRS 67.830 to require charter county government study commissions in counties having only 1 city to have 40 members, require the membership on such commissions to represent the proportional ratio of the city and county populations respectively, require the use of federal census data as prescribed, require the county judge/executive and the mayor to serve as commission members and to serve as the chairman and vice-chairman respectively, and require the membership of the county judge/executive and mayor to be include in the city and county membership ratios
