AN ACT relating to standing committees of the General Assembly.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 6 to define term; prohibit more than thirty percent of the members of a Senate or House standing committee from being of the same occupation or profession or having business associations whose legislative interests correspond with the standing committee's jurisdiction.
