AN ACT to revise and correct the Kentucky Revised Statutes
Reviser's Bill for the 2003 Regular Session: amend KRS 154.45-090, 164A.370, 278.216, 304.17B-001, and 533.010; repeal and reenact KRS 311.657; and repeal KRS 311.655, to make technical corrections.

SFA (1, J. Denton) - Add language extending by six months the time a firm or individual may be licensed based on experience.
SFA (2/Title, J. Denton) - Make title amendment.
SFA (3, D. Kelly) - Direct the Department of Mines and Minerals to promulgate regulations covering gas gathering lines within 6 months.
SFA (4/Title, D. Kelly) - Make title amendment.
SFA (5, D. Kelly) - Attach the provisions of HB 458/GA; amend KRS 353.500 to direct the Department of Mines and Minerals to promulgate regulations covering all aspects of oil and gas operations, to promulgate regulations relating to gathering lines within 6 months, and to report quarterly to the Legislative Research Commission on its progress.
