AN ACT relating to vaccinations and declaring an emergency.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 194A to define "bioterrorism", "commissioner", "department", "disaster location", and "emergency responder"; create a new section of KRS Chapter 194A to implement a vaccination program for emergency responders who may be exposed to infectious diseases when deployed to a disaster location; emergency.
HB 529 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Retain original provisions; clarify that priority in cases of vaccine shortages shall follow CDC and federal recommendations.
