AN ACT relating to child visitation services.
     Amend KRS 403.150 to require a fee of $20 to initiate divorce proceedings, require clerk to forward fee to specified fund and permit clerk to retain $1 for administrative costs ; amend KRS 403.320 to require the court to order parties to pay fees for supervision for child visitation when the court orders supervised visits except for actions under KRS 403.715 to 403.785; create a new section of KRS Chapter 41 to create a child visitation fund in the State Treasury and specify use of funds to support agencies and organizations that provide supervised visitation services, including the Cabinet for Families and Children; amend KRS 194B.070 to require the cabinet to designate 50% of funds to community agencies and 50% of funds for services provided by the cabinet.
