AN ACT relating to stream construction permits.
     Amend KRS 151.250 to exempt cities, counties, and other political subdivisions of the state from obtaining a construction permit from the Cabinet for Natural Resources when reconstructing, improving, or replacing an existing structure such as a bridge, concrete slab, or previously approved low water crossing currently being utilized by a city or county road maintenance program; amend KRS 151.280 to conform.
