     Confirm Executive Order 2002-759, dated July 1, 2002, transferring ownership and management responsibility of facilities in Ashland, Jackson, Louisville, Owensboro and Richmond from the Cabinet for Families and Children to the Department of Facilities Management in the Finance and Administration Cabinet, including twelve positions and equipment.
