AN ACT relating to the display of decals of the United States flag on publicly owned vehicles.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 174 to require the Department of Military Affairs to establish a program to supply American flag decals to state agencies, local governments and local boards of education; mandate that all money for the program be raised through donations and prohibit the expenditure of general dollars for this purpose; establish specifics of program.
