AN ACT relating to business organizations.
     Create KRS Chapter 362A; create Subchapter 1; create 80 new sections of Subchapter 1 to establish the Kentucky Revised Uniform Partnership Act (2003); create Subchapter 2; create 115 new sections of Subchapter 2 to establish the Kentucky Uniform Limited Partnership Act (2003); create a new section of KRS Chapter 275 to permit a limited liability company to be converted to a limited partnership; amend various KRS sections to conform; effective January 1, 2005, repeal KRS 14.140 and all of KRS Chapter 362.
