AN ACT proposing to amend Section 226 of the Constitution of Kentucky relating to gambling.
     Propose amendment of Section 226 of the Constitution of Kentucky, relating to gambling, to permit the General Assembly by general law to authorize gambling at licensed horse race tracks or facilities owned and operated by licensed horse race tracks which are within 50 miles radius of a licensed horse race track; specify division of the proceeds from gambling and permitted uses of the proceeds; specify that the law passed shall provide for honesty of gambling operations; provide ballot language; provide for submission to the voters in the normal manner.
