HB 64 (BR 460) - M. Weaver

     AN ACT relating to United States Selective Service System.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 186 to provide that, for a male age 18 to 26, an application for an operator's license, a commercial driver's license, or a nondriver identification card shall constitute registration with the federal Selective Service System; require the Transportation Cabinet to submit personal information electronically to the Selective Service System, with the appropriate notation if the applicant declines automatic registration; require that a notice concerning registration be placed on applications for licenses or identification cards.
