AN ACT relating to students with diabetes.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 156 to require the Kentucky Board of Education to promulgate administrative regulations regarding individual care plans for students with diabetes; specify the organizations and individuals to be consulted by the board; specify the information to be included in the administrative regulations; require the Kentucky Department of Education to disseminate information regarding the administrative regulations; amend KRS 156.501 to conform; and require the Department of Education to report on progress to the Interim Joint Committee on Education.
