AN ACT creating the Interstate Compact for Juveniles.
     Repeal, amend, and reenact KRS 615.010 to replace the existing interstate compact relating to juveniles with The Interstate Compact for Juveniles; repeal KRS 615.020; effective when 35th state ratifies the compact.
