Direct the Interim Joint Committee on Judiciary to study the issue of use of force in law enforcement in the Commonwealth and provide recommendations for developing a state policy on use of force in law enforcement; allow the LRC to assign the issues to an interim joint committee or subcommittee and to designate a study completion date.
