HCR 56 (BR 818) - M. Weaver, L. Clark, J. Callahan, S. Riggs, T. Riner

     Establish the Task Force on Homeland Security Records to study methods for enhancing the security of essential homeland security records; require the filing of a report and recommendations to the Legislative Research Commission no later than November 15, 2003.

HCR 56 - AMENDMENTS


     HFA (1, M. Weaver) - Add the Chief Information Officer of the Governor's Office for Technology as a member of the Task Force on Homeland Security Records.

     SCS - Delete the provision establishing the Task Force on Homeland Security Records; require the Interim Joint Committee on Seniors, Veterans, Military Affairs, and Public Protection to study methods for enhancing the security of essential homeland security records; require the filing of a report and recommendations to the Legislative Research Commission no later than December 15, 2003.

     SCA (1/Title, D. Seum) - Make title amendment.

     SFA (1, W. Blevins) - Restore the language of the original bill.
