HCR 98 (BR 457) - J. Wayne, M. Marzian, T. Burch, T. Riner
Direct the Legislative Research Commission to establish a 17 member Task Force on Health Care and Health Insurance Costs to study the factors that influence increases in health care costs and in health insurance costs and to make recommendations that seek to control such costs to LRC by September 1, 2004.
HCR 98 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Retain original provisions, except add a representative from the Kentucky Association of Chiropractics as a member of the Task Force on Health Care and Health Insurance Costs.
SCA (1, W. Blevins) - Delete from the membership of the Task Force the two members from the health insurance industry and replace them with two members from the Kentucky Association of Health Plans.
SFA (1, L. Casebier) - Add a representative of the Kentucky Optometric Association to the Task Force on Health Care and Health Insurance Cost.
SFA (2, L. Casebier) - Make technical correction.
