Williams) - Retain the provisions of the GA Copy of HJR 3 and add new sections to direct the Tourism Development Cabinet to name the conference center at Dale Hollow State Resort Park in honor of former State Representative Ray Mullinix; require the Cabinet to erect a sign within 30 days of the effective date of this Resolution that reads "Ray Mullinix Conference Center."
