HR 52 (BR 951) - G. Lindsay
Amend House Rule 52, as amended by HR 23, to require that legislative staff shall analyze and prepare a fiscal statement for any bill which, if enacted, would fiscally affect local governments through the imposition of a local mandate; delete requirement that fiscal statement be prepared only if the bill affected local governments in a significant manner.
