Amend KRS 304.17A-700 to include dental plans in the definition of health benefit plans for purposes of the prompt payment of health insurance claims law.

SFA (1, K. Stine) - Create new sections of Subtitle 17C of KRS Chapter 304 to apply the provisions of the prompt payment of claims statutes to limited health service benefit plans that provide dental-only benefits.
