AN ACT relating to the reorganization of the Transportation Cabinet.
     Amend KRS 12.020 and 174.020 to establish the Office of the Transportation Operations Center as a major organizational unit in the Transportation Cabinet; create a new section of KRS Chapter 174 to define the duties of the executive director of the Office of the Transportation Operations Center; confirm Executive Order 2002-1192.
