AN ACT relating to boilers.
Amend KRS 236.060 to include boilers in certain apartments in KRS 236.005 to 236.150; amend 236.120 to increase inspection fee to $25; amend 236.210 to remove certain persons from exemptions for licensing.
SB 109 - AMENDMENTS
SCA (1, B. Guthrie) - Delete the inspection fee increase.
HCS/LM - Retain provisions of this Act, except to restore language in Section 1. to clarify that hot water supply boilers which are located in private residences are not subject to inspection.
