SB 110 (BR 1210) - J. Pendleton
AN ACT relating to the Manufactured Home Certification and Licensure Board.
Increase membership of the Manufactured Home Certification and Licensure Board by adding one more appointee who is a certified manufactured or mobile home installer.
SB 110 - AMENDMENTS
SCA (1, J. Pendleton) - Delete language naming the state fire marshal as board chairman and replace with language requiring the board to elect a chairman.
SFA (1, J. Denton) - Add language extending by six months the time a firm or individual may be licensed based on experience.
SFA (2/Title, J. Denton) - Make title amendment.
