AN ACT relating to the lottery.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 154A to create a Kentucky Lottery veterans' assistance program scratch-off game; define terms; require half of revenue received to be used exclusively to facilitate transportation of veterans to Veterans' Administration hospitals or clinics; require half of the revenue to be used exclusively to make veterans aware of and assist veterans in applying for veterans' benefits; require tickets to state that games are used for veterans' programs; make conforming amendments.
