AN ACT relating to interlocal cooperation agreements.
Amend KRS 65.230 to include any county or independent school district in the definition of "public agency" as related to interlocal cooperation agreements.
SB 133 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Amend KRS 65.230 to include county or independent school district within the definition of "public agency"; create Task Force on Inter-County Cooperation; designate members and appointing authorities; designate August 1, 2003 as report date for task force; allow LRC to alternatively assign study to interim committee or subcommittee and designate study completion date.
HFA (1, R. Meeks) - Amend SB 133/HCS to include 2 officials from the Kentucky League of Cities in the study task force.
