AN ACT relating to records of Public Service Commission proceedings.
     Amend KRS 278.360 to permit the Public Service Commission to videotape formal proceedings for use as public record; delete requirement that a stenographic transcript of all formal proceedings be required; permit a party before a proceeding to request a stenographic transcript of the proceeding be made available if the request is made prior to the hearing.
