AN ACT relating to the Purchase Area Regional Park Authority, making an appropriation therefor, and declaring an emergency.
     Appropriate from the tobacco settlement agreement fund $10,000,000 in fiscal years 2003 and 2004 to the Purchase Area Regional Park Authority.
