AN ACT relating to the Kentucky Unified Juvenile Code.
     Amend KRS 640.075 which permits the Department of Juvenile Justice and the Department of Corrections to retain a youthful offender in the custody of the Department of Juvenile Justice until age 21; require that the retention be approved by the sentencing court, and that the prosecutor and crime victim have input at the court hearing on the matter.
