AN ACT proposing to amend Sections 91, 93, and 95 of the Constitution of Kentucky relating to state officers.
Propose to amend Kentucky Constitution Sections 91, 93, and 95 to require the election of the state Insurance Commissioner; provide that first election for Insurance Commissioner would be held in 2007; and submit to voters.
