AN ACT relating to retirement.
     Amend KRS 61.555, relating to credit for military service, to all employees participating in the Kentucky Retirement Systems who are at least age 60 and who have at least 20 years to purchase up to four years military credit at fifty percent of the actuarial cost; purchase must be made by December 31, 2003.
