AN ACT relating to representation of indigent defendants in criminal cases.
     Amend KRS 31.185, relating to the Department of Public Advocacy, to delete provision allowing a defending attorney to request to be heard ex parte and on the record with regard to using private facilities and requiring the court to conduct the hearing ex parte and on the record.
