AN ACT relating to Medicaid services for minors.
     Amend KRS 205.560 to require parental consent, with a judicial alternative, for family planning services provided for unemancipated minors under the age of 18 under the Medicaid program; create a new section of KRS 205.6481 to 205.6495 to require parental consent, with a judicial alternative, for family planning services provided to unemancipated minors under the age of 18 under the Kentucky Children's Health Insurance Program; create a new section of KRS 205.630 to 205.645 to establish the procedure by which a minor may petition a Circuit Court or District Court for an order granting the right to self-consent to family planning services.
